Meet Katia
Hi everyone!
I’m Katia, a Mexican girl living my personal fairy tale in the breathtaking city of Florence with my little dog “Manny” .
I define myself as a restless and curious person; my professional background counts with more than 15 years inside the corporate industry, leading team works in multinational companies like Sanofi, Mattel, Revlon, Henkel, carrying out customer marketing oriented projects like conventions, expos, product launching events and retail strategies. As a senior manager for Mexico and Latin-America I helped to improve the shopping experience of our customers which was a very satisfactory part of my life.
This consolidated experience took me to really understand a client needs and the seek of developing possibilities that really mark a difference by creating REAL unforgettable experiences.
My Story
I found my vocation as wedding & event planner when I just arrived to Italy in 2015 when I decided to move to Florence driven for love and a new adventure begun!
Taking into account my experience organizing events at a corporate level, I decided to transfer it to the field of weddings since being a foreigner can connect in a deeper and more empathetic way with the needs and expectations of my clients; In Italy, I collaborated with one of the largest event agencies in Italy for some years, where I organized weddings all over Italy, many high-profile and VIP clients with mixed demands; after these years I decided to continue my path, contributing with my own vision in the creation of “Blissful” events and weddings.
Some of the strengths that make Bliss Event Studio Italy so special are the connection that a wedding and event planner achieves when living and vibrating italy locally, extrapolating the best experiences for our clients, the pursue for excellence with a restless, emphatic and curious mind, a strong professional background of hard work and methodological project management approach, that warrantee a comfortable and enjoyable wedding planning experience focused on create meaningful and emotional moments that will be remembered and cherished for a lifetime.
And last but not least, planning a wedding or an event from abroad requires a planner that can offer insights into things you haven’t thought about. It requires a planner that’s extremely organized and great at communicating. Most importantly, it requires a planner that puts you first and cares about making your day incredible.with a clear and professional work methodology… I care, I really do !
